At VLMK, keeping our team energized is a top priority. With all the brainstorming, meetings, engineering, drafting, phone calls, emails, deadlines, and site visits—whew! —we make sure to carve out time to celebrate and recharge.

For our June and July birthdays, we brought back a fan favorite: the “Build Your Own Trail Mix” bar. Because who doesn’t love a good snack break?

Celebrating our people and recognizing their hard work is a cornerstone of VLMK culture. We’re already looking forward to the next team bonding event!
